How to Make Iced Cold Brew Boba (Dairy-Free!)

  • Author: Brittney
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Description

This dairy-free creamy cold brew filled with boba and topped off with a vegan vanilla ice cream is the perfect mid-day pick me up or sweet treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup cooked boba
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 oz cold brew concentrate
  • 1 cup oat milk (any milk of your choice works!)
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Cooking the boba:

  1. In a pot, add hot water and allow this to boil.
  2. On high heat, boil the tapioca pearls for around 6-8 minutes. Or until they begin the emerge from the water. Remove from the water, add brown sugar and set aside.

Assemble the drink:

  1. Take a few spoonfuls of the sweet brown syrup and drizzle on the glass. (see video)
  2. Then add ice cubes, cold brew, and milk.
  3. Finally, top with boba and ice cream. I like stirring mine!
