Actually, obsession is an understatement. I have one twice a day, sometimes 3 times. Working at Jamba Juice was my very first job taught me how to create a smoothie with the right amount of ratios. The health nut that I am, I LOVED every single moment of it. I looked forward to working every shift. From the customer service, to the actual making of the smoothie, to the pouring and then officially handing it off to the customer. Again , I loved it. So, whenever Erewhon comes out with a new smoothie, you bet i’m going to try it!

As much as I love going to Erewhon and other juice bars, it’s cheaper and more fun to make smoothies in the comfort of your home. This Hailey Bieber Erewhon Smoothie requires only 7-ingredient and is strawberry-swirled, extra creamy and super delicious!

How to Make the Hailey Bieber Erewhon Smoothie Vegan

A creamy, dairy-free version of the viral erewhon smoothie. The perfect satisfying breakfast or snack, with just 5 minutes and 5 ingredients required!


Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt, unsweetened (I love using this one!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened



  1. Combine strawberries, dates, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, ice cubes and almond milk in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Add desired toppings (optional) and enjoy!
