Actually, obsession is an understatement. I have one twice a day, sometimes 3 times. Working at Jamba Juice was my very first job taught me how to create a smoothie with the right amount of ratios. The health nut that I am, I LOVED every single moment of it. I looked forward to working every shift. From the customer service, to the actual making of the smoothie, to the pouring and then officially handing it off to the customer. Again , I loved it. So, whenever Erewhon comes out with a new smoothie, you bet i’m going to try it!

- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup coconut yogurt, unsweetened (I love using this one!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ice cubes
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
toppings:
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, dates, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, ice cubes and almond milk in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Add desired toppings (optional) and enjoy!
