There’s very little a McFlurry can’t mend. Growing up, McDonalds was our go-to place. If we didn’t have food, it was McDonalds. Too lazy to cook? McDonalds. Now? I still go to McDonalds and you bet I’m getting a McFlurry. It’s my absolute favorite thing there besides the chicken nuggets.

But, if I’m wanting a healthier version, I’ll opt for for this homemade version. It’s creamy, satisfying, and still tastes just as good! Perfect for when that craving hits or pretty much any day!

3-ingredient McDonald’s McFlurry that is high protein and light. Creamy, perfectly sweet and takes just 5 minutes!


Units Scale


  1. To a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except oreos. Puree until thick and smooth.
  2. Add oreo cookies and pulse a few times just to combine. Serve immediately.
  3. Garnish with optional toppings with fudge and crushed oreos.
