High Protein Coconut Berry Chia Pudding (4 Ingredients!)

Easy, 4-ingredient high protein coconut berry chia pudding that’s naturally sweetened and super thick and creamy. Packed with protein and fiber. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
- 5 tbsps chia seeds
- 1 scoop sfh coconut protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut milk
- toasted coconut flakes
- In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, protein powder, vanilla extract and milk.
- Give it a good stir to loosen any clumps and chill for 1-2 hours.
- Serve with your favorite toppings! I added greek yogurt, berries, and toasted coconut flakes.
