This Healthy Shamrock Shake recipe is a twist on the classic shamrock shake! It’s thick, creamy and way healthier than the original! Plus, just 6 ingredients required and dairy-free!

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup spinach
- handful of mint leaves
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 bottle koia vanilla bean
- 1 cup ice
- whipped cream, dairy-free
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high, until cream and smooth. Taste and adjust any flavoring as needed.
- Divide between two serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream, fresh mint and crushed oreos (optional). Serve right away.
