How to Make the Shamrock Shake Healthy (Dairy-Free!)

Description

A dairy-free spin on the classic shamrock shake made with fresh fruit, veggies and real mint! Perfect for all-year round.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 bottle koia vanilla bean
  • 1 cup ice
  • whipped cream, dairy-free

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high, until cream and smooth. Taste and adjust any flavoring as needed. 
  2. Divide between two serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream, fresh mint and crushed oreos (optional). Serve right away.
