Cinnamon churro french toast roll-ups make in 15 minutes! Wholesome, fun-to-make and perfect for both everyday and special occasions.


Units Scale

French toast 

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 bag of Spudsy Cinnamon Churro Puffs
Cinnamon spread
  • 1/3 cup butter unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Make cinnamon spread and bread

  1. Start by mixing the butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
  2. Then, cut the crusts of your bread.
  3. Roll each slice into a flat piece and spread the cinnamon butter mixture in a thin layer across the surface. Add spudsy puff and roll tightly.

Create your French toast

  1. Combine the eggs, milk and vanilla in a bowl and whisk. Dip each roll into the mixture—there’s no need to soak. Just pop ’em in and out. Make sure the entire roll is coated.
  2. Fry each roll until golden on all sides. Sift powdered sugar on top. Enjoy with syrup or alone and with desired toppings!
