Instructions

  1. Add oil to a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is ready, add the salmon to the skillet. Season with pepper, salt and any other desired seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip & cook 90 seconds – 2 minutes longer, or until your desired doneness is reached.
  2. Cook cauliflower for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
  3. Flake salmon on a plate.
  4. Add cooked cauliflower rice to a bowl. Then, add flaked salmon on top.
  5. Top with soy sauce, mayo, and sriracha.
  6. Mix well until combined. Should resemble a tuna salad-like texture.
  7. Top with sliced avocado.
  8. Enjoy either by laying individual pieces of seaweed on top and pinching with chopsticks or fill each seaweed pieces with about 1 tbsp of the mixture, a slice of avocado and kimchi!
