Description

Easy overnight oats with all the flavors of carrot cake. Perfectly spiced, subtly spiced and so easy to make. Perfect for fall or anytime!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh carrots
  • 1 OWYN Chai Complete Nutrition Shake
  • 1/4 cup quick oats, gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • non-dairy yogurt, for topping
  • cinnamon, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a jar (i love these weck jars! i use them for everything), stir together all ingredients until well-combined.
  2. Place in the fridge and allow it to set up overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. Remove from the fridge. Top each glass with a dollop of non-dairy yogurt and any toppings of your choice.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
