Easy overnight oats with all the flavors of carrot cake. Perfectly spiced, subtly spiced and so easy to make. Perfect for fall or anytime!

- 1/2 cup fresh carrots
- 1 OWYN Chai Complete Nutrition Shake
- 1/4 cup quick oats, gluten-free
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- non-dairy yogurt, for topping
- cinnamon, for topping
Instructions
- In a jar (i love these weck jars! i use them for everything), stir together all ingredients until well-combined.
- Place in the fridge and allow it to set up overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Remove from the fridge. Top each glass with a dollop of non-dairy yogurt and any toppings of your choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
